Yolandi is to be admitted as an associate of the High Court of Namibia. She assists with civil and criminal instructions, as well as in matters related to admiralty law, matrimonial law and general litigation.

Yolandi received thorough guidance and gained good exposure in assisting with extensive High Court Civil Litigation matters relating to civil disputes for unlawful arrest and detention matters, whilst she was working abroad before joining Koep and has a passion for this field of law. Yolandi is attending to assist with a similar related matter currently before the High Court of Namibia.

She also receives various opportunities to assist her Principal in providing legal due diligence on various aspects of the law and attending to legal research on all related matters.
