- She has advised various companies in relation to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and has drafted and reviewed PAIA Manuals and Privacy policies. She has furthermore assisted companies with drafting and submitting data breach/security notices to the Information Regulator (South Africa’s data protection authority);
- Sinenhlanhla has provided advise to clients on the regulation of cybercrimes in South Africa in terms of the Cybercrimes Act and has also provided advise on digital and advanced signatures in South Africa in terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act;
- She was part of the team that assisted CIVH transfer its I-ECS and I-ECNS licenses to Vodacom.
