• Acted for Braeburn in the acquisition of the business and assets of Hillcrest Schools.
• Acted for Pharo Foundation in the acquisition of the business and assets of Tender Care Junior Academy.
• Acted for Christ is the Answer Ministries on the acquisition of Aardwolf International Holding Ltd, a BVI registered company with a significant land asset in Kenya.
• Advised AIK Africa Limited on the acquisition of the majority shares held in Teleport Communications Limited, a company regulated by the Communications Authority of Kenya.
• Acted for MTZ Holdings Ltd in the acquisition of NBP Holdings Ltd.
• Advising Actis on its proposed sale of Nairobi Java House Limited.
• Acting on behalf of Amethis Africa Finance Limited in relation to the transfer of shares in Ramco Plexus Ltd.
• Acted for Pitch Holdings Ltd in the acquisition of 17.5% of the issued shares in KwolFlow EPZ. 
• Acting for Geminia Insurance Company Limited in connection with its proposed acquisition by Wafa Assurance.
• Part of the team acting for NBP in the joint venture to develop a hospital under the World Trade Centre brand at Nairobi Business Park.
• Conducting vendor due diligence on Guala Closures East Africa Ltd.
• Acting for BigCold Africa Holdings LLC (BlackIvy Group) in relation to BigCold’s proposed minority equity investment in Cinch Markets, Inc.
• Advised Tana Africa Capital on the acquisition of 30% of the African Protein Holdings Ltd, a Mauritian holding company that controls Quality Meat Packers and Anirita Poultry Farm, leading meat processors in East Africa.

Employment law

• Reviewing the employment contracts of ENI S.p.A. and conforming them to local employment law requirements;
• Advised ENI S.p.A. on an employer’s regulatory obligations in relation to employees working on a shift basis;
• Advised ENI S.p.A. on its obligations in relation to the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya);
• Reviewing ENI Kenya BV’s employment handbook and conforming them to local employment law requirements;
• Advised Delamere Estates Ltd on the employment aspects its operations at Manera farm;
• Reviewed employment handbooks and providing employment advice to Borouge LLC;
• Provided employment advice to LeapFrog Group Investments Ltd.
