  • Silk Bridges LLP, a Kazakhstan brand operating globally in copper concentrates, in respect of USD616,575 debt recovery from Zabesha Mining Limited for unsupplied copper and cobalt ore.
  • Public Service Pension Fund Board (PSPF), a public pensions management and administration organisation, as respondent in the matter Namangolwa Mateele v Public Service Pension Fund Board, a class-action claim involving redundancy payment and employee benefits with a potential exposure of approximately ZMW 20 million.
  • Aller Aqua Zambia Limited (AAZ), a Zambian subsidiary of Aller Aqua Group, one of Europe’s largest producers of fish feed, in relation to a claim for constructive dismissal brought against AAZ by a former employee.
  • Solarquest Zambia Limited, a renewable energy company, as respondent in the matter Jinko Solar Company Limited v Solarquest Zambia Limited where Jinko has initiated business rescue proceedings in Commercial Division of the High Court of Zambia.
