Prior joining Bowmans Bongani has advised various clients in different industries and assisted clients that were involved in litigation before dispute resolution forums such as the CCMA, various Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. His work also includes drafting, updating and revision of employment policies and contracts and conducts training on employment law related topics such as dismissals and harassment in the workplace.
Bongani has further gained experience in the Capital Markets, having advised various entities listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Namibian Stock Exchange.
