On 31 January 2014 the Financial Services Board (FSB) issued FAIS Information Circular 1/2014 (FAIS Circular). The FAIS Circular provides an update on developments in respect of regulatory examinations for foreign financial services providers (FSPs). The FAIS Circular applies to registered and applicant foreign FSPs.
