I would like to express Nishimura & Asahi’s deepest condolence on this untimely passing of Robert. 

Robert has been continuing to have good relationship with our firm’s African Practice Team members.  Indeed, we agree that Robert was a prominent leader and we also miss him very much. With regard to his dedication to tackle COVID-19, we recall that Robert sent us an email notifying the Bowmans’ initiatives (contingency measures) to fight against COVID-19 as early as in March 2020.
